Great for a Prom or Formal event

This dress is Black

Bottom half has toole under the dress giving it an elegant accent

Top half is fitted with a floral design and goes into a V shape at the waist.

This is a beautiful dress!

Please note it does have a couple stains at the bottom of the dress.  The ruffles at the bottom help distract away from noticing the stains. I have not personally tried dry cleaning this dress. That may take the stains out. See pictures for details.

Measurements taken when laid flat:

Measures approximately  15" from armpit to armpit

Measures approximately  51" from top of shoulder to bottom of dress
