Shipping
We ship orders every working day from Monday to Friday. All items are dispatched from the UK. Orders placed before noon will be dispatched on the same working day. We use Royal Mail 48 or Evri 48-hour Service for shipping.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that are unused and still in their original unopened packaging. Before initiating a return request, please contact us via email. Many issues can often be resolved without the need for returning the item.
For damaged or incorrect items, kindly include images in your email as this will expedite the resolution process.
In the case of a change of mind, the customer is typically responsible for covering the return postage.
