Up for auction is a really nice JIMS forceflow cylinder head cooling fan with integrated horn.  Both fan and horn work great.  There has been an on/off switch installed but can also be hooked up to an automatic thermostat if desired.  Mounting kit is available for purchase through JIMS if you contact them but I usually just bolt them up in place of the stock horn on most models.  These fans move a ton of air and really help in traffic and hot weather.  Kits usually retail for $600+.
