Meanwhile, this is a lightly-used Garmin GolfLogix handheld GPS Rangefinder.
It has been registered to a user who can no longer play golf due to cognitive issues.

Rather than UNregister the device, I'm going to let the Buyer do it, because it is a one-step process to register YOURSELF as a user, download your choice of golf course to your desktop system, which will then push it to the device with all of your information (which will overwrite the existing information-- unless you know better and can tell me differently.

Users get ONE free golf course download. If the user wants unlimited courses, the user can buy a $29.95 annual membership through the GolfLogix website.

The Buyer is responsible for knowing whether this device will be compatible with their desktop/computer/operating system as this item is non-returnable! Please read the freely available online manual or web pages for info on system requirements for the free driver and software.

There is a ton of information and help documents online that explain how to do this.
Plus, you can download a full manual for FREE from online that tells you how to use this device, step by step. Very easy!

Note: the current user has NO credit card information stored on the device or online. He always played the same course and that's the only course that's downloaded to the device. (see photos).

Upgrading Your GolfLogix Software

Occasionally GolfLogix will provide free upgrades for Course Manager software and for the GolfLogix GPS unit. You will be notified when a new version of the software is available.

When you open the course manager software you will receive a message that says new GolfLogix software is available and needs to be installed. If you receive this message simply click OK and the new software will install automatically.
If the software update includes an update to the GPS unit itself you will be notified when you attempt to load courses. Before your courses load the GPS Unit will automatically install the newest update. This process will happen automatically and shouldn’t require any additional work on your part.

If you receive a software update make sure you check the User Guide for information about new features included in the current software release.

NOTICE!!!

If you are the buyer of this listing and for any reason cancel your purchase, you will be charged a $4.00 fee to compensate me for the time I invest in wrapping, boxing, and packaging the item; purchasing and printing out a shipping label, etc. It takes USPS up to two weeks to reimburse me for a label that I don't use. (Even then I still lose money on time and materials wasted. Additionally, Ebay listing fees charged and/or payment processing fees for receiving funds I have to return when you cancel a purchase, are not refundable to me, so I need to cover these costs). Issues

Please read the item description thoroughly, and examine all photos carefully. I have done my best to represent the item accurately, noting any defects.
