“Acceptable” condition: All pages are clean with no writing/highlighting/marks except for a lengthy recipe for Sui-Yaki in cursive on the first page, clean page blocks, light wear to cloth board corners/edges, dust jacket is glossy but with masking tape along many of the edges—looks like the former owner did this to reinforce given some existing tears
