Selling lot as is, see pictures for condition, assorted calico critters - dad hippo seems to have lost an ear - some of the furniture is with the set but also some assorted thrown in there from Melissa and Doug. Some pieces damaged or not working as should, house missing some pieces and needs some cleaning. Shipping in large box as the house itself is rather large.
