The KONG Comfort Padded Chest Plate Dog Harness is a used, adjustable harness suitable for medium-sized dogs with chest sizes ranging from 11-18 inches and neck sizes 9.5-12 inches. The chest plate is padded with neoprene material for added comfort. The harness is unisex and made in Vietnam.

There is a litlle bit of fraying around neck nylon webbing but still very intact. The dogs head must fit through the 12 inch neck circumference.
