Box is unopened and has been stored, but not carefully. The Grandma's box has been crushed in the front and had dings in the back. Some of the accessories are loose inside the box. This would be a perfect purchase for someone who wants to unbox the doll. She is sold as is, so please see pictures as they are part of the descriiption.
