Gorgeous and unusual antique late 19th Century Vietnamese or Lao Dha-hmiaung

Probably prayer or Shaman knife.

Wood and looks like a silver, beautifully decorated scabbard. 

The metal handle with a dragon design crowned with a pigmy dear antler. 

Soft metal blade nicely engraved on both sides with a dragons. This is rare highly collectible and desirable knife.

Condition is good.

Size: 16" long
