Angelica sinensis, (scientific name: Angelica sinensis,) alias Gan Gui, Qin Na, Western Angelica, Min Angelica, Golden Angelica, Angelica Body, Han Guiwei, Wenwu, Angelica Qu, Earth Angelica, perennial herb, 0.4-1 meters high. The flowering period is June-July, and the fruiting period is July-September.
Mainly produced in the southeastern part of Gansu, Minxian County has the most output and good quality, followed by Yunnan, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Hubei and other provinces, all of which are cultivated. Some domestic provinces have also been introduced and cultivated.
