Hardy Perfect Brass Face Salmon Fly Reel 4.25" With Rare 1905 Square Line Guard

Maker: Hardy Model: Brass Faced Perfect Approximate year of manufacture: 1900 Condition: Very good Material: Brass and Alloy Length/ diameter: 4.25" Country of manufacture: England Ideal use: To use or collect Just in this superb Hardy Perfect Brass face salmon reel with the rare 1905 HARDYS PAT fitted square line guide. Reel has original white handle, brass bridged rim tension regulator, original straight integral full alloy foot that has been slightly filed at each end. Internal 1896 check mechanism that has been moved for some reason around 1cm from original position. Fully working strong check, straight line and open oval logos and WHF very lightly stamped to the face. Spool with 4 cusps. This would make a fantastic usable reel for Salmon etc or one of the collection.
