We try to provide a Free Shipping option on all our products. Most products are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, AK, or HI. You will be notified as soon as your product ships with a tracking number.

Special Notice for Freight Products: If a product ships via Freight (Truck) Delivery, a valid phone number will be required so that we can contact you to schedule delivery. The product may be delivered with curbside delivery. An adult signature will be required. Please be sure to have available help on hand to assist you with moving the product to the desired location in or outside of your home. Freight products must be inspected upon delivery. In the unlikely event that damaged is observed, you MUST refuse delivery and note the damage on the shipping receipt and send it back via the Freight carrier. Returns will not be accepted on Freight products after they have been delivered, inspected, and the driver has left the premises.

You may return damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us for an RMA# and Shipping label. All other returns are evaluated on case by case basis so please contact us with the details and we will work to resolve the issue. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items.

If you are issued a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within 7-18 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel.
