Lovely item. Pyralin is a type of plastic popular decades ago. Unknown maker or country of origin. Pretty ivory cream color. Very good condition overall. Chip on rim, see photo. Discoloration inside container, normal given it was for holding hair. Expected minor scratches, other wear and tear, normal for age and material.
