The disc has been tested on my personal Equipment and loads up and plays with no issues, all discs get rip/install tested using a variety of computer programs and hardware to test each disc sector by sector to help ensure the disc is functional and operates on my hardware without issue. Due to the variety of hardware and the condition of the variety of hardware you use. Your results may vary. We use a jfj easy pro to polish each disc to the best of our abilities and each disc is then placed in a paper sleeve to help ensure the item you get arrives in the same condition it leaves us.
Possible signs of being used included but not limited to the following possibilities.
cracked/damaged cases.
water damage on the slipcover, case inserts and manual.
minor scratches OR Fingerprints on the disc.
Retail store price stickers
Generic/used replacement protective case
Digital Download codes are not included, since the item you are buying is used they have most likely already been used or are expired.
Buyer pays return shipping with Tracking.
We do not accept offers, the price is the price. Due to ebay fees we do not accept any offers at this time. Messages in regards to offers will be ignored.

All orders will ship with tracking numbers in order to prove the item was delivered.
if we are unable to get a tracking number to your location the order will get cancelled.
If for any Reason your package arrives Damaged please Photograph the package before opening and also photograph the contents as these photos may be required for the shipping insurance. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGE or its contents until we resolve any shipping mishaps. With the Insurance company as you may need to take it to a local claim centre. If you throw any of the packaging away it may void the shipping insurance.
We do our best to ship orders out the same business day monday to Friday but we put a 2 Buisness day processing time on each order in the event we are unable to process every order the same day.

3. The import duties are the buyers' responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.

I ship orders out Using a variety of Shipping companies including but not limited to DHL, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post and USPS just to name a few in order to ship items out for the best price I can. Calculated shipping costs are quoted from Canada Post. If i can ship the item at the same speed using an alternate shipping company for a better price I will. We reserve the right to use any courier we deem fit.
6. Buyer is responsible for paying for Return shipping to our office in British columbia Canada ebay.ca does NOT allow me to generate return shipping labels. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including import, duty, customs and broker fees.
7. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of items sold for price.
Order must be returned within 30 days of the item showing as delivered, must be returned back in the same Condition with the same contents it was Originally Shipped with. No Returns on any factory sealed items that have been opened, damaged or tampered with.
