The 'Lusitania' (German) Medal,  Exact replica & box

On the afternoon of May 71915, the British ocean liner Lusitania was torpedoed without warning by a German submarine off the south coast of Ireland. 
Within 20 minutes, the vessel sank.1,198 people were drowned, including 128 Americans.
As a reaction to the sinking, the German artist Karl Goetz produced the Lusitania medal satirising the subject.
He made a serious mistake as he got the date wrong on the medallion which carried the date '5 Mai 1915'
