The wrench is approximately 16" long and has a dual scale: 0-100 FT-LB and 0-140 N-m. 

The wrench has never been used. I received it and a timing light as a gift from a friend when my 43 YO son was born in 1981. Go figure.

As is evident in the pictures the box is a bit rough. A very brief user guide is included.
