RARE GOYA G-10 3/4 Classic Acoustic Guitar W/ Org. Case 1961/62 Sweden SN 97138!

PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT THE G-10, BUT ITS SMALLER ( AND MORE RARE) "PARLOR" VERSION, THE G-10 3/4.

According to several websites on Goya's made in Sweden, the type of label (Goya "Guitars", not
Goya Music, and the lack of a zip code on the label, plus the SN, put it at 1961 to 1962.

The last pic shows a page from the 1962 Goya catalogue and presents the following for specifications
on construction:

  • Top-Choice clear Spruce.
  • Figured Birch back and sides.
  • Rosewood Finger Board and Bridge.
  • Top edge bound in plastic Ebony.
  • Multi-colored inlay around sound hole.
  • Polished Brass tuning machines with plastic Ivory buttons.
Note: the neck is not specified.

Freshly restrung with D'Addario Classic Nylon strings, Silver Plated & Clear Nylon in normal tension.

Included is what I believe to be it's original chipboard guitar case.

The case is smell neutral.   It comes from a nonsmoking home.

It does have finish checking on the front, and more prominently on the back,
creating the sort of pattern seen in the pics.  It adds personality to the guitar,
since it is 62 or 63 years old.

Flat fully insured shipping.  NO RETURNS.  Please look at all pics.

DISCLAIMER:  I am not a Luthier.  I am not an expert in guitars, new or vintage.  I know what I like, I can identify
most significant damage, I can re-string a guitar, I can play enough to see it plays.  I do not represent the "life" left
in frets.  My info comes from inspection and research.  I try to provide 24 photos that will show the good, the bad, the
beautiful and any uglies.  I hope that others will purchase these guitars for their history and unique qualities.
