Please find for consideration an 1826 Half Cent, with a rotated die. Please note the coin has an older cleaning and the surface displays mainly very fine porosity. Please also note the fine scratches on the obverse, with the most prominent traveling from the ear of Liberty down to the bust region. Also note the small rim scrape on the obverse in the 8:30 position which also travels to the 3rd star. There is also some pitting and/or a lamination issue on the reverse in the 9-10 o'clock position. We have provided a few photos each of the obverse/reverse. Photos #1, 2, 5 and 6 are of the coin flat on a surface and best reflects the tone of the coin when viewing directly, while photos #3, 4, 7 and 8 are of the coin at a slight angle to provide greater detail. Photo #6 represents the approximate die rotation of the coin.
