To get the best quality prints for Windows users (settings> Bluetooth & devices> Printers & scanners> find iDPRT SP410 (click on it)> click Printer Properties> at the bottom of the window that pops up click "Preferences..."> click "Graphics"> under Dithering click the box that says "none" then click Apply. In the same printing preferences page click "Page Setup" and make sure the CORRECT label size for the labels you're using are selected under "Stock" again click "Apply". That's all the more tech support I'm going to give you so if you think you can't handle that DO NOT BUY THIS!
