The BIC Corporation released a set of a dozen James Bond themed lighters in 1999 that feature posterwork from the Bond film. Most of the lighters use the final poster artwork for the movie.

This lighter shows Roger Moore as James Bond 007 depicting the film A View To Kill.

The lighter does not spark or light.
