Items are described to the best of my knowledge along with pictures in my listings.

My glass items are packaged very well with care individually boxed and into a master box.

Pictures of packaging from start to finish will be supplied to you in messages prior to drop off at the post office.

A USPS text messaging is always initiated with my shipments to insure proper tracking.

If item arrives damaged, send pictures of damaged item and damaged packaging through eBay messages.

Please do not discard the damaged item or damaged packaging away as you may be required to bring this to the post office when a claim has been initiated, which I will communicate with you through eBay messaging.

Length of carrier response and carrier claims is unknown. Please have patience.
