- After Installed, connected to the 120 V power supply, set the required levels and time,then the sauna dome begin to work.
- After 3-5 minutes, you can lay on the cushion and cover the cabin body. You can use the double cabin at the same time according to yourself , or you can use the single cabin to cover the part that needs to be heated. The use time depends on your own situation (It is generally recommended not to exceed 60 minutes).
- After use, turn off the power, use dry cloth wipe off the sweat in the cabin, and dry it for storage. Never put the cabin directly in water or other liquids for cleaning.
