Condition/ Background

This trunk is in pre owned used condition. There are age related and usage wear

Trunk is very solid and robust

Trunk can be locked with padlock.  Padlock not supplied

The external top of the lid is embossed with the name, address, RAOC, destination etc of the Captain who owned the trunk.

There are background information about the previous owner, (Captain) of this rare find and this will appeal to militaria collectors or historians.  He was awarded the Elizabeth Cross in 2017, 60 years after his passing in 19/1/1956
