Fostex VM200 Digital Recording Mixer. Buttons light up and register correctly, panning knobs change the units on the display correctly, and fader motors work but they might need a clean as they're not as fast as they once were. Comes with original manual. 

I have no means to test if the unit works as intended, all I know is that it powers up. Collection only.
