Arguably the best bike carrier you could buy.  MAXXRAXX Pioneer 4 bike flange tow bar bike rack - includes all parts as seen including genuine Maxxraxx Kit bag. Good used condition with some light surface rust on some parts and particularly on flange bracket but this is very solid! This is not suitable for use with 4x4 with rear mounted spare wheel and is not suitable for a detachable Swan neck towbar as it is designed to be flange mounted however you can buy a converter from Bak- Rak (on ebay) to enable fitment! Very heavy so collection only from Hawkenbury area of Tunbridge Wells in Kent. TN2. Also listed elsewhere.
