Jack's Little Green Card, Chas "Jack" Bussey Horse Racing Tips Token.

From Baltimore, MD. "Jack" started a green card paper tip sheet for predictions about winners at horse racing tracks.

I found this on the internet, Bussey started the Card in New Orleans in 1893 and later moved it to Baltimore. He was divorced and living alone in Baltimore when he disappeared at age 78 on Nov 28, 1956. His body was found in Baltimore Harbor on Dec 18, 1956. He operated the card at that time with two sons Robert and Raymond.

It is about 1 & 1/4 inch across
