This is an OEM part in good condition.

No breaks. Both of the mounting tabs ARE intact.

I have reduced this in price because of the scratches on the fuse cover. The upper left area of the fuse cover has multiple scratches as shown in the pictures and then there are some other light scratches and nicks along with a small amount of the gray coloring removed on/around edges as shown in the pictures.

No smoke odor.
