Also note that while the main light bulb holder works fine, the "beacon" at the top of light house (recessed round circle shape with wires going into it in the back) probably lit up or glowed at one time but now does not. I suspect this space contains a 120v neon "indicator" bulb that once glowed (in one of the switch's rotation positions), but you should check with a qualified electrician before messing with it since the main bulb socket works fine (on the second or third click, alternating with off--and no, it doesn't support three-way bulbs, just regular ones including LED type).

And obviously you will have to add your own clip-on-bulb shade, as none is included.
