Over the top 1980s tea length party/prom dress with huge ruffles at the shoulders that look like angel wings and a deep v bodice with a lace “modesty” panels. Full fun skirt with attached belt for waist cinch/snatch.

Has a light water mark in skirt as shown that will likely come out with cleaning. Otherwise excellent condition with no major flaws to note.
