This is a vintage/antique grinding wheel.

I found it in my parent's house after they passed. I believe it was probably my grandfather's. I am 63.

I don't know much about it, but it looks like it would screw onto a workbench.

It turns freely.

It says Luter, but from looking at other ones, I believe it was made by Luther.
