Recent purchase because of grade , CAC sticker and old rattler slab from PCGS.

Not seeing any Recently sold 1938 D with CAC sticker.


My opinion, aside from the fact the coin is rotated in its holder, which happens occasionally. Coin has a great strike and tone. I did notice a few rim dents that probably kept it from a higher grade, but I’m not the expert on grading mint coins. Very minimal rub or scratches on the slab.

Always amazed, (STATING more than I should) but that’s why I call this site INTERACTIVESITE1 as I will describe items to the best of my ability, even though it may not be the best thing for my bottom line. Was really surprised to see this early generation slab with CAC sticker on what I personally call a damaged Coin.
