I have a very large collection of books spanning many topics.  A massive gathering of Philip K Dick titles and editions, as well as fine press, signed limited editions, modern firsts, radical movement and conceptual art items.  I encourage you to browse my store and categories for a wide range of unique, quality offerings.

**NOTE** I will have ONE more after this goes, and a 3rd that will go into a larger Dragonstairs bundle that I'll be putting up later this year.  This was super limited, and will not be around long.

Condition: HANDMADE HAND-SEWN CHAPBOOK.  This appears new and unread.  Solid FINE condition.  Book is preserved in an acid-free archival bag with backing board.

About: Edition limited to only 50 copies, of which this is numbered 30. If I understand correctly, what went up for public offering were only 18 copies, after a majority had sold at the Florida conference.

From the publisher: Comicosmics is Michael Swanwick's hommage to Italo Calvino, cleverly inverted from the original.  Henry Wessells said of it, "[this] book is an entire intergalactic philosophical novel within the compass of near infinity, and six printed pages. It is one of the several things that Michael Swanwick does best."

Comicosmics was launched at the 2024 International Conference on the Fantastic in the Arts in Orlando, Florida.  It was issued in an edition of 50, of which 47 were available for sale.  18 remain.  The chapbook is 8 ½” by 5 ½” and is hand-stitched and bound in black  lokta paper, silk-screened with metallic images.  All are numbered and signed by the author.

I will happily answer any further questions.

Making offers: I certainly can appreciate wanting a better deal, and I've made offers myself on my own purchases.  To be up front, if and when you make an offer, I will automatically reject crazy low "give it away" offers.  Best not to waste our time.  With a more reasonable offer, I will review current pricing for other comparable items out there and either accept, counter or decline submitted offer.  If in that review, I find my pricing is already LOW and outdated, I may then increase the price to bring more in line with other offerings.  I spend a lot of time sourcing the best offerings, preparing the listings with images and clear descriptions, and price fairly in MOST cases.

I remain grateful to all who consider my offerings, and I look forward to serving your needs respectfully and with success.
