This rug has been on a table or draped over a railing as long as I have owned it. It does not appear to ever have been used on a floor. I have not used it as a rug, only as a decorative accent.  It is generally in good condition.  However, it is unevenly sun faded on one side more than the other.  Comes from a pet friendly home, but pets were not on it directly. The rug has a lot of texture.
