This regulator a wall clock is physically in good shape as you can see with no damage or cracks. There are a couple minor spots from use on the edges, see pics for details. The clock winds well with the key and both dials turn, but then the pendulum doesn't keep swinging afterwards so I'm not sure what the issue is.
