• We wrap carefully to minimise risk of damage. If your item arrives and is damaged in the post - there is insurance but Australia Post requires photos and may require you to visit a post office with the item and the package. If you pick up a package with clear damage, report it immediately at your post office. This will help us quickly resolve issues.
• Postage costs - Postage prices are set to try and breakeven - there is no money made on postage.
