Vintage 40s Chinese Carved Resin Jade Green SNUFF BOTTLE Signed

Measures 2 5/8" inches tall and 1 3/8" inch long and 5/8" inch wide. Signed under bottle. Unfortunately, my efforts to translate have been unsuccessful. There are no threads on the top with the plastic scoop/spoon so it just lifts out. No noted flaws.
