IMPORTANT

All items may have a reused photograph of a comparable product. This is used as a representation of the actual product in question. This applies to most interior items. If you wish to receive photographs of the item(s) you’re enquiring about, please contact us. Exterior body panels, wing mirrors and engine parts etcetera will have a quality picture of the merchandise. In this case you will be receiving the item in picture.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

1.    As the buyer you are responsible for choosing the correct item(s) for you, or your vehicle. If you’ve made a mistake and the part is not of the correct type, you MUST pay return postage & packaging.

2.    As the buyer you are responsible for final payment of the item, no matter what it is. If the item is not of the correct type for you, after you’ve finalised payment; refer to “TERMS OF RETURNS.”

3.    If the item is not accurately described to your liking; before you purchase, you must contact us immediately to rectify the information posted as the description.

4.    It is our responsibility that items are described and presented accurately and reliably.

5.    The delivery service we choose are responsible for the delivery of purchased items. If the item hasn’t been delivered within the specifications mentioned by the delivery service you must contact them as soon as possible.

6.    The delivery service we choose are responsible for the safe carriage and delivery of items, if the items are damaged upon delivery you must contact the company responsible, if you feel our packaging is not sufficient, and is the reason behind the damage, please contact us to appeal the cost of the item.

7.    The delivery service we choose are responsible for delivering your items within the quoted times given by said delivery company.

 

TERMS OF RETURNS

If you have placed and order which you do not require any more, or have made a mistake and you wish to return the item then you must do so under the following guidelines:

a.       You must notify us within 7 days of purchase.

b.      The item(s) must be back in our stock within 14 days of purchase.

c.       The item(s) must be free from damage. (if any)

d.      The item(s) must be returned in its original, working condition.

e.      The item(s)mustn’t be used.

f.        The item(s) must come with original packaging.

                                                               i.      If not, the packaging you provide must match our grade.

g.       You must pay full recorded postage, via the same courier we use.

·      Under an accidental/ mistaken part order, You will be refunded 85% of the original price (15% restocking fee)

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

 

If you have purchased an item from us, we are not in any way responsible for the fitting or refitting costs. We are also not in any way responsible for any removal of parts, or loss of business. You have purchased these parts based on our descriptions, and that you agree that you are indeed buying a second hand part, not brand new. This is a widely known risk you take when purchasing second hand parts from either us or competitors regardless.

We only sell used/ reconditioned parts which we do ourselves. We do not sell new item unless stated otherwise in the item description.

 

WARRANTIES

Please note that the majority of items purchased from us are covered by a 30 day guarantee, if the item has failed during active service then you must contact us immediately to receive a full refund  (if said item(s) is under warranty), or replacement (if stock is available). You must make it clear weather you require one or the other. You must also return the item via the same recorded delivery, under the same courier service we originally choose.

Please note the following:

·         ECU’s/ body control models are not covered by warranty.

·         Bolt on components such as Turbos, Belts, Water Pumps, Mountings etcetera are not covered via warranty.
