I bought these tables in a small boutique furniture shop in Seattle (USA) in early 1996. They cost over $1000 for the pair. I've never seen anything like them since.

The sun table is wider but lower so is more suited as a coffee table. It is 96cm diameter and 42cm high. The moon is 71cm diameter and 57cm high, so it's more suited as a side table. The glass is about 14mm thick. The sun table has 4 legs and the moon has 3. They are very stable - they're so heavy they're not going anywhere!

These tables have been in constant use since I bought them but we've moved to a smaller house and no longer have room form them. I really don't want to let them go but I've not got anywhere to keep them! 

The glass on both tables has some minor surface scratches which could probably be polished out if you're worried about them but they're not very noticeable. Considering they're almost 30 years old they are in great shape.

I would like to sell both tables as a pair - it would be a shame to separate them after all these years! Collection only from Cranleigh, Surrey (GU6). I could possibly deliver locally, or I could possibly deliver to Leicester.
