Pokémon Card - Dark Persian- Black Star Promo 17 WOTC - Holo 1999-2000

I would class this card as light to medium play but please use the pictures to make your own opinion

Whitening to back, scratches on Holo as seen in pictures. Played card but once in a sleeve in a folder or kept in a top loader still looks a nice card and would make a fantastic addition to someone's collection.
