Shipping Policy

We Ship World Wide. There are Options for International Shipping at Checkout.
Please make sure that PO Boxes can receive boxes. No APO/FPO Delivery.

ALL orders received before 12:00pm EST are built and shipped the same day.
*We strive hard to process every order the sameday(within USPS business hours).

Returns Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION, and the RMA NUMBER clearly written with a copy of the EBay order inside the box. Packages without the RMA and a copy of the order will be REFUSED and sent back at the expense of the buyer. For Return Authorization, please contact us.

All Returns will have an electrical and mechanical inspection. We do not accept returns on electrical parts that have been installed or used in any way. Returned electrical parts must be in resalable condition. If there is any shipping damage or damage to the product we will not issue a refund. Shipping cost and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. We Strongly recommend insuring all returns for the full purchase price and using the original or equivalent packaging. We do not accept returns beyond 30 days from the date of item delivery. All Returns get a 20% inspection/re-stocking fee plus the original shipping cost. No Refunds for defective, damaged or used parts - Warranty replacement ONLY. Refunds are ONLY for resalable products.
