Rebuilt Lucas single speed 12 volt 140 degree CR type wiper motor. Marked with Lucas part number 75064 and dated 1951. This listing is for the outright sale - no exchange unit required! Item has been fully stripped, cleaned, commutator surface has been refinished on a lathe, carbon brushes and any worn/damaged parts replaced, lubricated, rebuilt, adjusted and fully tested (including current consumption) for over two hours. Black motor casing has been blasted and resprayed with 'crackle black' and the steel cover has been blasted and sprayed. 

Please note that another seller is stating that some sellers on ebay are blasting the bodies of these units which can impregnate the bushings with blast media. I do blast the casings in order to get a superior finish but precautions are 'obviously' taken to protect the bushes - they are plugged during blasting and the unit thoroughly washed/cleaned afterwards. 

Please double check exact fitment. But according to my old Lucas catalogue 75064 was fitted to:-

Singer SM1500
Triumph Renown Mayflower

My catalogue also lists 75145 as a replacement for 75064 (I can confirm they are the same) which was fitted to:-
