The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the item is played with and uséd. There is some paint rub and play marks. in good condition. comes incomplete. Comes with four Cheapskates missing flags and shields but have handle bar and kicking actions all work fine, has sticker peel. all turtles have wear and tear, but all stand, the turtles straps are slightly damaged but good for display, Leos has been glued at back and snapping at front, dons has been melted at back, Raphs has section snapped. they include two weapons each, they are beginning to get the turtle sticky issue but this can be wiped off if displaying regularly. overall its a nice bundle for a collector to display or some to play with the original four bros and cheapskates. please study the images.
