no power, no Battery.  No Further Testing has been done.  Normal wear..Scratch and scuff on lid and bottom.  See Pics.  Due to limited testing this item is being sold AS-IS..No ac adapter is Included. their is a piece of plastic missing on the left side and on the right side above the cd/rom drive.
