These brake levers came from a 1996 Gary Fisher mountain bike and seem to be made in '96 as well based on the date stamp. Worked perfectly on the bike, no issues. Good cosmetically as well, a few minor scratches and fading from sun exposure. The clamp has a thicker flange, made to pair with grip shifters but will work fine for any type
