This is a nice vintage antique Chinese red cloisonne small plate and bowl set with floral decoration. The set was manufactured in China and features traditional Chinese culture. The ownership history is not available. In pretty good condition as the pics show with the bowl having some imperfections and isn't perfectly round and it comes exactly as shown. The plate measures 3 3/4" in diameter. The bowl measures 3 1/2" in diameter and is 1 3/4" tall.
