The Fender Custom Shop is a top-of-the-line section that boasts high precision and technical skill through handcrafted crafts that inherit Fender's tradition. This is a top-quality product that players aspire to, meeting the needs of a wide range of users at a high standard, from vintage styles that follow the original to modern styles that excel in playability. The high quality that you feel the moment you hold it in your hands is worthy of being called the highest quality.

In the 1960s, where small details were constantly changing, there were relatively few opportunities to be used as subject matter during the small head period, and even among them, the round board period was a bit more maniacal than the 1963 and 1965 years. 1964 style with a certain feel. The original model seems to undergo various changes within the same year, but this model is based on the specifications of the latter half of 1964, with 4 patents on the transition logo, pearloid dots, and a constant whiteness with little discoloration. The pickguard has been preserved and the specifications are close to those of 1965 in terms of looks.
The sunburst finish with a strong contrast gradation that reproduces the unique characteristics of this era is a relic finish that carries the appearance of a veteran, but maintains a sexy luster on the body surface. You can also get a glimpse of the high level of perfection of the product here.

The body material is carefully selected alder, and the combination is a straight-grained maple neck that combines elasticity and tightness, and a sexy rosewood fingerboard with an evenly bright and smooth color. In addition to the paint peeling and weather check on the front of the body, the area around the elbow contour has been rubbed strongly and the yellow color is different from the surrounding areas, so you can see how the guitar will change after long periods of use. You can see how it is being produced while imagining how it will change.
The neck uses a 63 Style Oval C shape, which is thicker than the thin C shape inspired by the early 60's, and has a moderate grip that will fit many people regardless of their playing style. .
The frets are slender yet tall, giving a good balance of vintage feel, modern playability, and durability, and the narrow-tall size has become standard in recent years. The fingerboard radius is also 9.5R, a global standard spec that easily fits modern playing styles, and the smoothly processed fingerboard and fret edges create a comfortable grip.

Furthermore, the pickup is equipped with three hand-wound Fat 64 Stratocaster PUs. It uses the so-called "gray bobbin" style from 1965, which is popular among rock guitarists for its thick tone. Although the output is low, the tone is firm and firm, and you can enjoy the delicate expressive power of hand-wound PU that allows you to enjoy the virtuosity of the elite people who support the Fender Custom Shop. It takes full advantage of the core live sound of the guitar itself. The roaring drive sound is attractive.

A perfect combination of alder/rose and classic wood materials with mid 60s style specs, this product has a thick, flexible yet sharp sound.
I think this is very reassuring in the current music scene where a wide variety of performances are required! ? If you are looking for an authentic piece that can be used for a long time, please consider this!
