 Fly-Away Transceiver.

I'm selling this item for parts or fix-up. When I plugged it in, the radio worked for maybe 10 sec, even the speaker and display came on, and then stopped working. There is a small chip out of the speaker cover (see photo).

There was a Warner Robbins military sticker on it.
