This is a Vintage 1950s or 1960s ETSU (East Tennessee State University) "Bruiser Bulldog" Personality Pet Stuffed Plush Dog, made by Collegiate Manufacturing Company in Ames, Iowa. The stuffed dog mascot is covered in blue and yellow felt, with a printed face and one winking googly eye and features "ETSU" lettering on the side. The bowl measures approximately 6" in diameter x 6" tall and is in good vintage pre-owned condition. There are a few small holes in the felt and the googly eye has a small crack and some scuffing.
