  • self-adhesive / can be removed without any residue (important for leasing vehicles)
  • elastic / flexible
  • water-repellent, scratch-resistant
  • stretchable (the pattern of the carbon film can change if it is stretched significantly)
  • Weather-resistant - we recommend applying a PVC polish to the film after applying
  • heat-resistant up to around 60 degrees Celsius, briefly up to 70 degrees Celsius (when processing)
  • Durability of the film: 3-5 years outdoors and 6-8 years indoors

Processing instructions
  • If possible, the film should be stored in an environment of approx. 20 degrees Celsius for 24 hours before bonding.
  • The vehicle should be parked in such an environment a few hours beforehand. It's best to do it in a dust-free room where the glueing takes place.
  • 70% of the final result depends on the cleaning and preparation, as well as the specified general conditions.
  • The adhesive side of the film can and should be misted with distilled water. This makes positioning easier. The water is scraped out from the center outwards using a squeegee (a credit card wrapped in fabric also works). Residual moisture steams out through the open pores within 48 hours.
  • After complete bonding, the film should be heated to approx. 70 degrees Celsius over the entire surface. Then go over the surface with a squeegee, applying approx. 4-5 kg of pressure. This is to activate the glue. This guarantees excellent adhesion and the honeycomb-shaped adhesive is no longer visible under the film. Because the air duct technology makes a structure of the adhesive visible. This is common and will not be very visible once the adhesive has been heated and smoothed out.
  • The film can be corrected as desired during processing.
  • The film should be processed at around 20 degrees Celsius, but certainly not below 15 degrees, as neither the film nor the adhesive is then flexible. The impact would be, for example, that the adhesive or film could break. The adhesion is also not optimal and it can lead to some areas not adhering properly.
