For sale my steel black 2016 Ritchey Break-Away with case, spare down tube clamp and special Ritchey torque tool for adjusting clamp. Ritchey frame number begins with 60 strongly suggesting it's a 60cm road frame size, with effective top tube length of 59 cm and 102.5 cm wheel base. A 59-59cm ctr-ctr frame size fits me perfect and this bike is set up exactly as all 6 of my race bike frames. I'm 6' 2" and with the slopping top tube it should accommodate riders six foot to six foot four. It has Shimano Dura Ace 8 speed components and Mavic box rims with normal spoke lengths, hence emergency repairs are more possible overseas. The control levers are Dura Ace, Dura Ace front derailleur, XTR rear derailleur with Shimano's 11-32 XTR cassette on it for those serious mountains in Europe or Asia. The front brakes are newer 9 speed Ultegra and an 8 speed Dura Ace crank set 53-39t with 172.5mm crank arms. Wheels; Ultegra hubs with front radial laced and precision sealed bearings, Mavic open pro rims, Perelli P Zero 28mm almost new tires. I chose these rims for serviceability overseas and the box rim gives you the most ride comfort. It has a Dean Ti seat post which adds even more comfort to the ride. The saddle a Fizik with Ti carbon rails. Handle bars are Easton EC-90 44cm ctr-ctr which I have on all my road bikes and have served me without incident and I was close to and now above 200 lbs. It has a Ritchey Pro 12cm stem, Ritchey carbon water bottle cages and Ritchey Carbon Pro front fork with carbon steer tube. The chain is about half worn Dura Ace measured with my Rohloff chain tool. The travel case is 2008 and it has made one trip to Germany, Oahu and Tucson AZ. I road this bike a few months back and it still shifts unbelievably crisp like those first generation Dura Ace 8 spd were notorious for and all is working great as I'm a stickler for keeping my bikes perfectly maintained. My son who took it to Tucson and was amazed at how quietly and smooth it road and nice everything operated. The case has all original Ritchey protective items plus some extras as we've been taking bikes on the air lines since early 90s. There are some pics of this bike packed and some I downloaded from YouTube. I'd advise watching several YouTube videos before attempting to pack it. I had this frame treated with frame saver when the shop built it up. Enjoy and ride that bike!
